| Conditions |
|
The Summit Privilege Card has to be presented to the cashier for a discount to be given. |

Discount Privileges, terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of Summit Shoes Centre Sdn. Bhd. |
|
A member who fails to renew his/her card upon expiry will be considered a new member in his/her subsequent application. |

| Non-Transferable |
|
The Summit Privilege Card is not transferable and Summit Shoes Centre Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder from time to time. |

| Lost/Damaged or Theft of Card |
|
In the event that the Summit Privilege Card is lost, stolen or damaged, please notify the Summit Privilege Card Department by telephone at 607-354 9082 within 14 days. For replacement of a lost or damaged card, an administrative fee of RM10 will be charged. |
